The short version, in plain words. Questions? Email hello@tapreps.com.
Tapreps gives general fitness, training and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, registered dietitian or physical therapist. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition, an injury or take medication.
Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath or sharp pain. Use proper form and weights you can handle. You train at your own risk.
Meal photo macros are AI estimates based on what the camera sees and typical portions — they can be off, sometimes by a lot. Always check and edit them. AI workout plans and message drafts are suggestions for your trainer to review; a trainer reviews and edits every AI plan before it is saved, and every AI message before it is sent.
Exercise demo videos are AI-generated illustrations of general form. Follow your trainer's cues for your body.
Trainers using Tapreps are independent professionals responsible for their own advice, certifications and insurance. Tapreps doesn't employ or certify trainers.
