Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required, but it is not charged during the trial. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, email hello@tapreps.com within 30 days and we'll look into it.
When a client buys a session pack or session from a gym or trainer on Tapreps, the payment goes to that gym's own Stripe account. Tapreps does not receive that money. Refunds for those purchases are handled by the gym or trainer under their own policy.
