Tapreps is software that helps personal trainers and gyms build workouts, track client check-ins, meals and hydration, and message clients. By creating an account or using a client link you agree to these terms.
Gym owners create the account and are responsible for the trainers and clients they add. Keep your password private. You must be 18 or older to create a gym account. Tell us right away if you think someone else got into your account.
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial limited to 1 trainer, 3 clients and 50 AI actions. A card is required to start the trial. We don't charge it during the trial; on day 8 your card is charged for the plan you picked unless you cancel before then. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. If a charge fails, your account is locked until you update your card. Plan limits (trainers, clients, AI actions) are shown on the Billing page. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
You own the workouts, notes, photos and client data you put in Tapreps. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You promise you have the right to add your clients' information and that you told them you use Tapreps.
Don't use Tapreps to break the law, spam, harass anyone, upload things you don't have rights to, or try to break or overload the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

We work hard to keep Tapreps running and accurate, but it is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
You can close your account anytime. We may close accounts that break these terms. After closing, we delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
If we change these terms in a big way we'll email the gym owner first. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
